E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. Its only a 20 minute drive to Limerick City and close to Clare Glens and Glenstal Abbey. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

The Gardener’s Cottage

We would love to welcome you to our beautifully- restored 100 year old Irish cottage located just five minutes drive from Adare, Ireland’s prettiest village. Adare offers a variety of pubs, cafes, golf courses, historical sites and boutiques, in addition to its collection of thatched cottages. Our cottage has its own private entrance, with parking available on site. Nevilles Bar and Restaurant, renowned for its fantastic menu is also within walking distance.

It is a 18min drive (20km) to the historical town of Lismore. 18 minutes to the Nire Valley where Lake fishing features.
