The beautiful cosy apartment located only 100 m or 2 min walk from the beach. The apartment has one bedroom, bathroom and a spacious open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and a kettle. Guests can use free private parking on site. The apartment has everything you need for a nice and comfortable vacation. Nearby there is several restaurants and a shop. Tha apartment is best suited for a couple, familiy with children or 3 adults.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.
