This apartment is also part of our house in Klenovica and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. It's perfect for families with children. In front is a big terrace with a beautiful view to enjoy sunsets with the glass of wine/beer in a hand. The house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a place to barbecue and a backyard terrace. The beach is only 5 minutes away! We are pet friendly, max 2 pets. Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Arrival at the destination: take the exit "Dugno" from the main street, then take the second street on the right and the house is second one on the right. House in Povile is approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation . From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Location is nice and quiet, excellent for relaxation. Parking is free and always available.
