Dies ist ein klassisches rbnb. Wir vermieten unsere privaten Räume an private Personen. Nicht an Firmen und Monteure - bitte nehmt Abstand von Buchungen, die nicht für euch selbst sind. Unser Ferienappartement liegt direkt am See, ist saniert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (ca. 90qm). Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett (200 x 200) und ein Schlafsofa getrennt nur durch eine CABINET-Schiebetür. (Keine Geräuschdämmung - deswegen hellhörig). Anlegemöglichkeit für Boote nach Absprache. Bis zum Berliner Ortsschild sind es 500m. Zum Bahnhof Wannsee 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, und von dort ist man in 17 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof (Berlin). Bitte keine Hunde mitbringen. Im TV gibt es ein Amazon fire TV Stick mit Filmen auf deutsch und englisch. The balcony-apartment is located in the first floor of the multi-family house. It features a small balcony with a really lovely view over the villas of the neighbourhood. The flat is furnished to be very comfortable. One can use the facilities for locking up the bicycle on the property. Unfortunately, the garden cannot be used, as it is reserved for tenants of the house. Free parking spaces can often be used in front of the house. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children.

Willkommen in unsere liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten ruhigen Souterrainwohnung (ca. 60 m²). Kino, Bioladen, Supermärkte und Bushaltestelle sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Möbel, Küche, Boden, Heizungen, Waschmaschine und Matratzen sind neu. Der großzügige Wohn/Essbereich ist offen gestaltet und kann mit einem durchgehenden weißen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich abgetrennt. Es gibt ein grosses neues Doppelbett und ein Sofa zum Schlafen.

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und bietet einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), eine Küchenzeile (Herd, Spüle, Kaffee), kleines Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken) sowie weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten auf einer Couch (1,20cm breit) unten im EG.
