A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

Lakefront with beautiful view across Agency Lake to the mountains surrounding Crater Lake! This upstairs apartment has one good sized bedroom, with skylights, a desk area and a flat screen TV. A full kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware, plus extras. A hide-a bed sofa is in the living room, with a comfortable reading area. Yurt on the Applegate

hot tub currently out of order as of Christmas eve. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in.

Before your visit, the place will be sanitized (as always) and will be vacant for at least two until your arrival.
