The house is 20m2 downstairs and 20m2 upstairs. Downstairs there’s a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the second floor we have a bedroom and a tiny balcony of 3m2. The house has an air conditioning system and an automatic ventilation system with fresh air valves. - In the bedroom there’s a king size bed with all the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. - The living room has a 43 inch android/ smart tv, a dining table, a coffee table, very cozy lights and a bio fireplace. WI-FI is also included. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, 2- hole induction hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots and pans and accessories with tableware for 2 people. - On the 25m2 terrace there is a coffee table, two chairs and a new ceramic grill “Small Black Egg”.

The place is close to Kuressaare, about 8km from city center. In the house there is everything you may need for carefree vacation (kitchen with all the necessary equipment). Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki. We offer a quiet and cozy little house only 3 km away from Kuressaare. It is a good holiday spot for couples, friends, solo travelers as well as families. It is more convenient to reach us by car. The guest house includes a relaxing wood heated sauna (1x15€). It is surrounded by a garden with plenty of grass-space for outdoor games. There is also a bicycle road that leads straight to Kuressaare from just behind the house. It is also possible to rent some bikes (2) from us.
