This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

The cottage has a beautiful open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and fully stocked coffee bar.

Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Off street parking, pillows, bed linens and towels are included. Full equipped kitchen is available along with a propane gas grill for BBQ. A fire pit is adjacent to the house with a full supply of kindling and firewood. Grocery store and the village of T'burg is within 3 miles. Please - NO PETS.

Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

The house is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. With a sunny flat yard, deck, new lakeside shack, long dock, grass patio by the water, fire pit and rec room, there are lots of spaces to spread out. We face the afternoon sun and sunsets, and have deep, clear water. Sit by lake and feel your blood pressure drop!
