The beach walk along the ocean edge from North Avoca to Avoca main beach is so inviting where you can enjoy the local culinary delights and sights. Terrigal has a large selection of restaurants and bars where the fun crowd gather with lots of live music and entertainment at night and surf its famous beach during the day.

Couples retreat. Self contained accommodation. Modern one bedroom unit with king bed, comfortable lounge room, compact kitchenette and spacious bathroom. NBN internet, chromecast TV and USB charging outlets. Quality inclusions. Dedicated work space. The premises is attached to the main house but has a private entrance and completely separate. We are 200 metres from the sparkling waters of Copacabana Beach but no water views from premises. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocols.

Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.

Avoca Beach Escape

Strictly no parties or excessive loud music or noise to disturb surrounding neighbors. Ideally suited for quiet relaxing getaway 🐚🏖️🌊 Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.

Lakeside & 700 mtrs to sea - One bedroom Studio

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.
