A welcoming 1st floor, one bedroom 723 sq ft condo at Kihei Kai Nani complex across from beautiful Kamaole II beach, in Kihei. It is recently updated, fully furnished and equipped with full kitchen, Queen size bed and a crib for an infant and a twin air mattress (no sofa-bed). NOTE: The Kihei Kai Nani resort has been zoned as a Hotel / Business Resort since it was built in the 70's. It is not one of the resorts being targeted by current legislation to curb Short Term Rentals on Maui.

Our renovated condo is located on the sunny south side of Maui, just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches, Kamaole 2 Beach. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located at the Kihei Akahi complex in Building D. In suite washer and dryer. The living room sofa bed pulls out into a queen size bed. The living room has a split Air Conditioner. Free parking in a dedicated parking stall. Kihei Akahi is a "Hotel Zoned" complex compliant with STR (Short Term Rental) legislation.

Beautiful condo in South Kihei. Close to Wailea and the beach is a 2 minute walk across the street. 1 bed/2 bath and full kitchen! The unit is not child friendly as it is on the 2nd floor. Guests will be required to abide by this. Maui Banyan is located in S. Kihei close to great restaurants. We have great views from our expanded lanai (30 sqft larger) and our unit is in the H building away from pool noise and Kihei Road.There is an elevator in the building Hawaii TAT/GET on request
