It has its own separate entrance on the side of the house. It's completely renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and tile throughout. It's cozy and has a modern coastal decor. It's close to restaurants, shopping center, beaches and parks.

It is a quick Uber ride to Ft Lauderdale beach, Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale airport, the Port, and much more. The pool and bbq area is shared by all 4 units.
