Very convenient with easy access from the A1079, York Centre is located 3 miles away. Dunnington village is within walking distance with great amenities, a pub, hairdressers, chemist, supermarket & bakery. Hagg Wood is beautiful to visit and is at the end of the lane. This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. PLEASE NOTE long, dark, uneven path to access cottage, not suitable for elderly/mobility issues.
