Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cart shed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable. A car is required.

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Nestled within our grounds in our lovely countryside setting, Beech Lodge provides an ideal self catering escape with private hot tub in a relaxing peaceful setting with plenty to do and see in the surrounding villages. SADLY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RESERVATIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN A PARTY, NOISE COMPLAINTS, OR DAMAGES. This is sadly due to an unacceptable amount of damages, disrespectful use of the properties and amenities and noise problems.

Weaver’s Cottage, built from stone probably in the 18th century (the main house dates from 1687) sits in a large south facing garden with direct access to the designated bathing beach and the Fife coastal path. Lovingly restored it’s a wonderful place to relax, swim, go for beach walks, gaze at the stars in front of a cosy fire pit.
