The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home .A 2 minute walk from the train station and a short walk from the centre of Newtown itself. A great base to discover everything Mid Wales has to offer. On street parking is available and there is a car park to the rear offering 24 hour parking for a fee. For 2024 we have introduced a hot tub so after a hard day walking you can relax in the hot tub overlooking the river. If you need to work from the cottage we now have Starlink. This will enable our guests to have brilliant internet use to complete pieces of work or just browse your socials!

Black Sheep Barn is a luxurious two bedroom converted barn situated near Ludlow in a remote, undiscovered pocket of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Explore miles of hill, wild heath and forest and then sit by the fire or perhaps on the terrace and enjoy fifty mile views to the Welsh border. It’s a good place to get away from it all as it’s a half mile up a steep track from the nearest road. We think it is a special place and we hope you will think so too.

Welsh Borders Bed And Breakfast

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
