Come enjoy the serenity of our stylish, upscale & private place. Your Airbnb en-suite has been recently remodeled, and blocked off from the rest of the house. We’ve anticipated your needs for a pampered stay in the walk out level of our tree top house. Begin your stay with hot coffee or tea and home baked treats. Enjoy hot towels after a shower. The en-suite has a mini fridge and microwave. We have been Airbnb hosts for several years and many have come as strangers but have left as friends.

Studio above garage/hot tub-open/pool-closed

This room is a loft above the far stall garage with access to a hot tub (open year-round) and heated pool & tiki bar (open in the summer). This is more of a summer stay due to the amenities that are available. But people still come in the winter because we drop the price and keep the hot tub available. Full disclosure, the walk from the room to the house/bathroom is not heated in the winter and it can be a long, cold walk for some people, so we try to make that very clear before you book.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy time in the hot swim pool spa play some volleyball and yard games then fishing, kayaks canoe and sit by the fire roast some marshmallows. Grill some food relax and watch the stars from hot Michael Phelps swim spa. This is all on a cul-de-sac with four rentals in a row firewood await you and our crew are ready and at your fingertips with a text just prior before you arrive for any questions. We also have a discount on a pizza parties.

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

The Lake Lodge Estate is an amenity-rich, spacious 3600 sq ft property on a park-like acre steps away from Big Pine Island, a 223-acre all sports lake. 30 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids. Perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon included in rental in summer June to August only. Fee outside of those months due to weather factors and it available on a daily basis of use. Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. Pet friendly with fee.

Guests will be allowed access to their bedroom and bathroom, not common areas in the house. We welcome guests from all walks of life. Our home is nestled among trees and flowers on a 365 ft. waterfront of an all-sports lake. It has a country feel with city conveniences. NOTE: There is NO AIR-CONDITIONING in this room--just a fan.
