Converted rustic barn adjacent to main house. Access over gravel driveway. Private building with shared garden. Light and airy with French windows and roof lights. Exposed original beams. 2 rooms plus ensuite shower/loo. Please specify super kingsize OR twin beds when booking. Situated in a quiet village with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge, Norwich and coast. Friendly hosts, chickens, dog and cats on property and fresh eggs supplied. The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Delightful 1 Bedroom/En-suite Shepherd Hut

West Row lies on the north bank of the navigable River Lark, 2 miles west of the town of Mildenhall, and just south of the large airbase RAF Mildenhall occupied by USAF - a plane spotters dream. The cosy full sized double bed is made up for you upon arrival with beautiful cotton bed linen. To keep warm on cooler evenings logs are supplied for the woodburner. Fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are provided in the en-suite shower room, complete with vanity sink, plumbed toilet and shower.

The river is less than 1 min walk away - viewed from the entrance to the property. 10 mins walk to characterful pubs & restaurants, the railway station, 4 supermarkets. 15mins walk to the historic cathedral. Enjoy a leafy secluded area of our courtyard garden with a tinkling fountain. A car space available by request. We live next-door - available to answer queries.

Private Detached Annex in Isleham Village

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

Riverside Holiday Lodge

A beautiful, relaxing riverside lodge located at Isleham Marina. Set in open countryside with access to rural walks, swimming, cycling and bird watching. The lodge has fishing rights. Isleham village and Mildenhall stadium are a 30 minute walk away. The village has pubs, Co-Op store, restuarant and take away. Next to the marina there is an award-winning farm butchers and farm shop. Please note: there are space saving steps to the upstairs single beds and limited head room. Deep water.

New Park Farm Lodge

New for 2024 New Park Farm Lodge is Just a short walk from the village of West Row. There is off-road parking. The local area is a haven for walkers with quick access to the wonderful River Lark walk via the designated footpaths located just a few hundred meters away. A walk long river to local pub or a stroll through the village to the Fish and Chip Shop and store. Close to Newmarket, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds and Ely Please note this accommodation is only for 2 people and 2 dogs.

Located in Prickwillow, a quiet Village approx 4 miles from the beautiful city of Ely . It is only a 15/20 minute train journey from Ely to Cambridge. Newmarket is a 20 minute drive. The River Lark is opposite the House along with many beautiful walks nearby. Self contained with own entrance , (area with Tea/Coffee making facilities ) Bedroom, Shower (Ensuite ), French doors to Patio area . Off Road Parking available for two cars (in tandem) EV charging (subject to costs)

Lakeside Self Catering Lodge

Enjoy a peaceful holiday with wonderful views overlooking the lake. Guests can access the water directly from the decking. There are steps down making it easy to launch paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. Why not be bold & try wild swimming or paddle up the river to the pub for a meal then spend your evening fishing from the deck or having a BBQ. There is an abundance of wildlife on the marina including geese, swans, kingfishers, muntjac deer, bats and on occasions otters.
