The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Snettisham’s vast RSPB beach and sailing club are close, with Royal Sandringham a short drive. The family seaside destinations of Hunstanton (with its Sealife centre) and Holme-on-sea are also within easy reach. The well equipped cottage has been extensively renovated and is furnished to a high standard with new appliances and a good sized garden and courtyard.
