The Haven is 50 m2 perfectly renovated stone cottage, with a further 80 m2 of terraces, and 40.000m2 of land of the property. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a dinning table and a sitting area with two sofas where an additional two people can sleep and there is a curtain for visual isolation and privacy. There is access to a large covered terrace, one open kitchen sink, one wood dining table and deck chairs, which allow you to enjoy the sea view.

The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

Villa Stoneflower is a traditionally decorated villa of 165m2 with very modern facilities, located on a cliff side 30 meters above the sea. Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
