Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Split airport is 8 km away from us. Within 300 m radius you can find supermarket, restaurant, cafe bar, post office, church, playground and bus stop is merely 100 m away. Apartment comes with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv, towels and bedlinen and fully equipped kitchen. Guest are also welcome to make use of the barbecue in the garden. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. Train and bus station, as well as the ferry port, are reachable in less than 10 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us.

This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).
