Ein kleines B&B ist nebenan. Du wirst die Unterkunft lieben wegen der gesunden Holzbauweise, dem Kachelofen, der ruhigen Lage, Terrasse, einem phantastischen Ausblick. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare und Gäste, die mit ihren Haustieren verreisen. Es gibt in der Nähe viele Wandermöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Falls man getrennt schlafen möchte, steht ein Zusatzbett im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Chalet Maria is a traditional Austrian mountain retreat situated close to Maria Alm and right in the middle of the fantastic Hochkoenig skiing and hiking area. It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours.

If you want to go up the Kitzsteinhorn, then it's 2.5 km to the valley station from the apartment.

Eine frei stehende Badewanne und unsere Zirbenholz Sauna gehören sicher zu den Dingen welche man anderswo nicht so leicht findet.
