Haus am Berg mit Wellnessbereich, Bar und Panorama

Unser Haus wurde 2022 vollständig kernsaniert, hier wurden alte Lehmwände und Holzbalken freigelegt. Es gibt einen 65 Zoll Smart-TV in der Bar, sowie einen Beamer mit Netflix. Der Billiardtisch sowie die Spielesammlung lässt keine Langweile zu. Wir liegen am Rande des Nordschwarzwaldes, die Region ist ideal für Wanderer, Radausflüge oder einem privaten Wellnessurlaub in unserer Panoramasauna oder Dampfbad. Keine Partys. Hundefreundlich. Eigentümer wohnen nebenan mit Hund, Begegnungen möglich.

Entspannen unterm Schloss

Der Weinort Kappelrodeck ist bekannt für das Schloss Rodeck ,sowie der "Hex vom Dasenstein ". Außerdem gibt es eine der letzten Ortsrufanlagen in Deutschland. Die Wohnung ( erstes OG ) mit ca.80 qm liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer und einem weitern Zimmer mit Etagenbett. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen. Im Garten steht ihnen ein Grill zur Verfügung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind Vorhanden.

Sonnenhäusle - Neu. Natur. Fernblick. Sauna.

Das "Sonnenhäusle" steht in Sasbachwalden absolut ruhig mitten in der Natur. 1936 von Karl Fritz, Vater des Bambipreises, gebaut. 2024 komplett saniert, neu eingerichtet und mit einer Panoramasauna und einer Balkonüberdachung erweitert. Das dazugehörende 10.000 m² große Wald- u. Wiesengrundstück liegt unmittelbar am „Nationalpark Schwarzwald“ - direkt an Mountainbike- u. Wanderrouten. In dieser erholsamen Höhenlage hat man einen weiten Ausblick auf das Lichtermeer der Rheinebene!

The holiday apartment Dasensteinblick is located in Kappelrodeck and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A high chair is also available. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.
