New furnishings include: pillow top QN mattress, black out curtains and w/d in unit. A full furnished kitchen and lots of closet space make it very comfortable. There is a new QN size 5" memory foam sleeper sofa. Shared gas grills, tennis courts, putting greens, spas, 2 pools, and shuffleboard!

The studio is on the second floor for added privacy and ocean views. Inside is a comfortable king-size bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
