The only time you might cross paths with someone else would be by the stocked pond, campfire ring, raised garden beds or tire tree swing. A mix between old & new the KC unit boasts a range of amenities & history that makes Kansas City, KC.

The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house.
