Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

This unique stone cottage is built on a 2,5 acres estate, filled with olive and palm trees and is located just 200 m from the secluded east beach of Agia Galini. Built in the late 1800s, was completely renovated without losing any of its original architectural elements and its unique aspect. A beautiful, full of flowers garden sarrounds it.
