Currently undergoing renovations, Number 47 is now available for bookings. Many of the furnishings are arriving shortly and photos will be updated as they arrive. A ground floor unit with spacious coutyard, nestled amongst the Riverview appartments with Pool, BBQ Area, Gym, Tennis Court and Playgrounds within the facility and the River right across the road. It has a reverse cycle split system air conditioner and a 40 Inch Smart TV. The kitchen has a Microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer.

Built in 1982, it has been revamped in 2012 with added rooms and a high ceiling in the lounge room. Huge kitchen with island bench, new paint and air conditioning in each room & lounge room. Situated on a corner block with ample parking accessible from Ash place and undercover parking accessible from Mallard st. Plenty of room to park the boat and wash down.
