Kailana Cottage includes two separate rental units that share a hallway. These units are freshly remodeled, super clean, fresh and new. This unit is called Hibiscus, it is set up like a hotel room; spacious room with King sized bed, large bright bathroom, lots of closet space, TV, desk and a tea/coffee station with mini fridge and microwave. THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN. Close to the airport with automated check in and flexible booking, free parking, King sized bed and large bathroom.

The ADULTS-ONLY space has an open floorplan, with high ceilings and lots of room. Luxury memory foam King bed, two front lanais, nice Weber grill, big Samsung TV with cable, Wifi, shared washer and dryer, and a great kitchen with all the amenities. Also: beach towels, chairs, cooler, & umbrella! This Private space is the largest unit of the home.

7 minutes from the airport, 9 miles from downtown Kona, and a short drive to nearby beaches, this delightfully chill guest loft is perfectly situated for exploring all the island has to offer! The bright, tasteful decor is a nod to a musical paradise of yesteryear with both mid-century flare and rustic beach shack charm. It has a kitchen, queen bed, 55” smart tv, private lanai with a panoramic view of the Kona coast and a shared bbq. The Loft sits above the carport on the 2nd floor.

Being located 5 mins. from the heart of Kona has its advantages. It's cooler, quieter, away from the commercialized Hawaii, while still being minutes to beaches, restaurants, activities. We try to provide you with a home away from home feeling and some of the amenities you can't bring with you like a washer & dryer, full kitchen, & full size fridge so that you can feel right at home. This spacious one bedroom, one bathroom with an outdoor kitchen provide plenty of places to relax in the shade or you can enjoy the warmth of the Hawaiian sun while sunbathing on the lounge chairs overlooking the ocean. Your favorite memory will most likely be eating a delicious bbq cooked dinner on the open lanai while watching the sun set into the ocean.
