Huset står på en liten høyde, med utsikt i alle retninger – mot havet, fjellene og det åpne landskapet rundt. Her er det kort vei til det meste – museer, gallerier, kaféer og butikker. Godt utgangspunkt for bading, korte/lengre fjellturer, klatring og buldring, samt bortoverski og toppturski om vinteren.

Inneholder gang, bad, 1 soverom, stue og kjøkken. Liten privat uteplass. Parkering for 1 bil like ved inngangen. Eierne bor i hovedleiligheten i huset. Leiligheten ligger på Ørsnes, ca 9 km. fra byen Svolvær. Andre steder i nærheten: Kabelvåg 5 km. Henningsvær 15 km Harstad/Narvik lufthavn Evenes 174 km Å i Lofoten 120 km.

Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. Ha base her og kjøre rundt og nyt alt det flotte Lofoten har å by på av natur og matopplevelser.
