The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

Indoor Pool in Central Joplin!

Enjoy this incredible, family-friendly home with a heated indoor pool! This home is perfectly located in the heart of Joplin with easy access to major highways, hospitals, local universities/colleges, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. This home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional, spacious bunk house that is heated and cooled (there is no bathroom in the bunk house, but has easy access to the main home bathroom). No pets or smoking allowed on the property.

Sunny Plaza is an entire home conveniently located to all the main hospitals and I-44 Interstate. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Joplin has to offer including food and entertainment. This is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath home with 4 beds and a sleeper sofa. The entire home is accessible except for the owners closet and outdoor shed. Pets may be allowed if prior arrangements are made and fees are paid.
