The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. Waterfront Tiny House with Hot Tub

This is a unique opportunity to live life big in a Tiny House (165 sq. ft.) right on Lake Goodwin with everything you need for a wonderful getaway. Great hot tub on the deck with a sweeping view of the lake and privacy. Sleep on a comfy bed with luxury linens, full kitchen, microwave, TV, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, toaster & blender. You have access to kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat, dock and fishing. Because of the close proximity to the water & hot tub, it's not suitable for children.

Separate over-the-garage apartment in wooded, yet bright area. This is the ideal spot to stay in the Arlington/Smokey Point area. Lot is large, quiet, and private, but only 5 minutes from all amenities and I-5. Apartment is stylish and comfortable, created with guests in mind. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV while lounging on the comfy couch or feel free to walk outside among the trees and enjoying the natural pond. You will find the apartment to be extraordinarily clean and comfy.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sound and Olympic Mountains while relaxing on one of the three decks of our newly remodeled waterfront home. Our modern beach house features three spacious upstairs bedrooms around a separate sitting area, a large living and dining space downstairs, and bathrooms on both levels. You can spot seals, bald eagles, and whales while walking along the no bank beach steps from our front door. Sip wine around the propane fire pit while enjoying the magnificent sunset.

Perched high on a granite ledge, you will find this cabin overlooking a rushing river that weaves its way through the dense, lush forest of the North Cascade mountains. The unique asymmetrical A-frame structure is both unexpected and familiar, with its wood-clad walls, exposed beams, and large geometric windows. Whether you are playing whiskey-fueled card game by the fire, or lounging in the hottub while listening to the nearby rushing creek, this cabin offers the ultimate cabin experience.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

The A-Frame - Luxurious Cabin w/ Sauna on 80 acres

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Cantilever rotating umbrella can cover the hot tub and fire pit table. There is a fireplace for cozy evenings & 5.1 surround sound home theater in the front room.

Come and enjoy our cozy waterfront home on beautiful Camano Island with views looking over Saratoga passage. You’ll experience panoramic views of the water from the living room and on our wraparound deck; perfect for whale and orcas viewing in the summer, enjoying the sunset, water features and wildlife. Our yard is completely fenced in. The deck has a hot tub, so you can relax with a soak while taking in the scenery. Let's enjoy a quiet and rejuvenating stay.

The Secret Langley Cottage

The Secret Cabin is on beautiful Whidbey Island just 5 minutes off the ferry and 3 miles from the seaside city of Langley. Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.
