Self-Contained Master Bedroom Suite w/ Spa Vibes

Enjoy this peaceful place ten minutes from the airport. We converted the bougie master bedroom into a separate unit with its own entrance, a queen sized bed, a twin futon, and luxury bathroom, with a deep dish tub. The ample walk in closet has a desk in case you need to work, as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, hot pot, and french press makings. The entrance is through my backyard that also hosts chickens and my friendly dog Dobby. My family and I live in the adjoining house but we are quiet.

South facing two bedroom nestled duplex

Welcome to our two bedroom south facing duplex. Our Airbnb is nestled at the rear side of the property providing a private spacious experience for guests with its fully enclosed yard and deck. The quiet safe neighborhood is within walking distance to a grocery store, bus stop and restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive you can access Kincaid Park and enjoy miles of beautiful walking trails and single track biking trails. The highway connections and Airport are also within 10 minutes drive away.

Forest Yurt

Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

Spacious, family-friendly home near airport

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and spacious 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home! Located about 8 minutes away from the airport in a quiet and residential neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. We welcome you to make this space your home-base as you explore all that Anchorage has to offer! *Note that it is a Duplex, with a family residing on the other side. Their children may play in the basement below, and there is potential they may be heard.

Close to airport and Kincaid Park trails, enjoy panoramic views of the Chugach Mountains from the great room or the wrap around deck. The main level features a full kitchen, living & dining areas, a bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom with a king bed & a full size washer and dryer. The upper level has an additional bedroom with full size bed, & a sitting loft overlooking the main level. Occasional airplane noise. You will enjoy two comfortable bedrooms, a fully appointed kitchen, a dining area with wine fridge, a dedicated office with monitor, laundry room, heated garage, WIFI, 2 TVs and lots of other thoughtful amenities. Come stay in our laid-back townhome next to Jewel Lake Park! Our location is close to dining, bowling, and groceries and it is just a 10 minute drive to the airport. Take a stroll on the winter trails connecting Jewel and Sand Lakes, or snuggle up by the fireplace. We make sure the property is comfortable because we stay here often when visiting family in Anchorage and just installed a 65" TV in the living room and king bed in the master bedroom.
