A brick charcoal barbecue grill is offered for outdoor grilling. There are 3 units available in the River House. This is the largest and includes a full modern kitchen with island seating for 5, 2 full baths, washer/dryer and sleeps 5 comfortably. The property is served by T-Mobile high speed internet. The Villa is not pet friendly.

The original stone well, channel and stone flooring are all intact for guests to explore and experience how our ancestors lived.

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

The house is decorated to reflect the city's rich history but comes equipped with modern amenities. The walk to downtown is about 10-15 minutes, and less than a 5 minute drive. The driveway can park 4 vehicles and there is ample street parking right in front of the house. The house is also centrally located to other historic sites and retail stores.
