This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

Great local fishing and wildlife refuges. Enjoy the riverfront beach in town. Spend your evenings dining on the large screened back porch and cooking on the grill. If it's a little cool out, cozy up indoors in front of the gas fire logs and have some family time playing games. Ample parking for your boat!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful, bright and airy historic home centrally located in downtown New Bern with a Waterview, a white picket fence back yard for your dogs to run around in, and parking big enough for trailer, boat, or U-Haul. You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.
