A beautifully decorated 2,000 sq. ft. beachfront home on south Jacó beach. Fully air-conditioned with large pool, charcoal grill and lawn backyard. Located within walking distance (7 minutes) to the center of town (2 minute drive). This wonderful home with an oceanfront pool was recently remodeled and redecorated. Floors are tiled throughout. It boasts many wood finishes, including high ceilings and skillfully carved doors. Sliding doors in the living room open up to allow the fresh ocean breeze in. It's a very secure property with a beautiful tropical wood fence and PVC windows and doors. The house is entirely air conditioned. The well equipped kitchen is complemented by a breakfast counter with stools and dining table for six. Two outside tables for four each allow for al fresco dining. The living room sits six people in comfortable couches around a smart TV (internet-connected) with Blu-ray player. One of the couches pulls out to a Full size bed (suitable for children or small teenagers, not for adults). The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and its own smart TV (internet-connected), closet and ensuite bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Double (Full) size bed and the third bedroom has one King size bed. These bedrooms have shelves and hanging space. A 22" charcoal Weber grill, a hammock on the porch and plenty of pool chairs let you soak the good life. We have wireless high speed internet connectivity for those wanting to stay in touch with the real world or wanting to call home for free via VOIP. Stay at Casa Mandolina on your next Costa Rican vacation and make it your base to enjoy the beach and everything Jaco and its surroundings have to offer. The maximum occupancy is for up to 6 adults and 2 children 3-17 years old, or 3 single adults. The pricing quoted here is for the entire property and the base price is good for up to 6 adults. Additional children ages 3-17 years old are US$15 per person per night and will be automatically added. Children under 3 years old are not charged this fee.
