Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Enjoy a stylish experience at this beautiful home that is 16 minutes from the beach, 15 mins from Mayo Clinic and downtown. This home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, porch, and swimming pool. The living room has a couch that unfolds to a bed. The pool has a screen room around it to keep all the bugs out. There is a smart tv in each bedroom and living room. The house also includes high speed internet and a fence around the backyard. You can enjoy a nice cookout in the backyard.

Our treehouse is located on 1 of the many islands located within the Timucuan Ecological Preserve and has been branded as the North Florida Keys(it is accessible by car). The space has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house also sits on a large lot so our guests can bring their boats or pwc’s to enjoy the local waters.
