The 35 m2 apartment is located in the recently renovated villa and has an independent entrance. It offers an elegant and refined atmosphere, has a spacious terrace and is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden cared for with passion where you can relax. From here you can easily reach the various tourist locations.

Immersed in the sixteenth-century park of Villa La Motta and the adjacent Golf dei Laghi, it enjoys an ideal climate all year round thanks to its dominant position on the hill. It is enriched by a private equipped garden and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residence. The beaches of Lake Monate are easily reachable with a short 3-minute walk.

If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.
