The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Fully refurbished in 2022, Sparrow’s Nest Cottage is set alongside a Victorian house and has picturesque views of the rolling North Downs. The cottage is right on the North Downs/Pilgrim’s Way and is 6 miles from the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. The quintessential Kent village of Chilham is nearby, with the coast at Whitstable only a 30 minute drive away. Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

Traditional terraced house converted into a stylish one bedroom home that is yours exclusively. It is an ideal home for a couple looking for a restorative break by the seaside. We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

Perfectly located for guests travelling to or from the Le Shuttle and ferry ports, or working in the area. Homely and well-equipped, ideal for both short stays and longer visits. Includes a local info-pack with our favourite pubs, cafés, shops and scenic walks.
