This studio is private, clean & warm with a comfortable queen bed, en-suite & TV/lounge area. Trundler bed available on request NO KITCHEN. microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cereal, tea & coffee provided Street parking. Off street parking on request Small or medium friendly house trained dogs welcome, $25 per booking. Dogs not to be left for more than 2 hrs. Self contained guest suite - I live upstairs. Sleeps 2 adults plus there’s a pull out single. 10 mins from the airport and Weta. Stunning views out across Miramar. Deck and outside seating. 5 minute walk to the famous Wellington sign, and central Miramar where you’ll find cool and funky restaurants and cafes, a petrol garage and the supermarket. Harbour side walks and tremendous views a short walk away, Massey memorial walk ten min drive. Easy access to the splendid walks on Eastern peninsular.

Centrally located , this warm & sunny studio is easy walking distance from the best that the city has to offer, and a short drive to airport & ferries. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Cafes, shops & restaurants, walks around the harbour & hills - It's all within easy reach, or just sit back & relax.

Hidden treehouse hut nestled in native bush

Get away from it all when you stay in our comfortable treehouse hut nestled under a canopy of native Karaka trees with a view of the harbour, right next to one of Wellingtons best beaches. A perfect escape for nature lovers who want to get back to basics and enjoy the tranquility of nature. PLEASE NOTE: There is no bathroom in the hut. A shared shower and toilet is a short walk away down the path. The sleeping space in the hut is a double bed in the loft which may not be ideal for TALL people!

Welcome to your beach getaway in picturesque Lyall Bay. This sunny, warm, one bedroom apartment is located across the road from one of Wellington's top beaches. Perfect for couples or solo travellers on holiday, visiting family or travelling for business. Only a 5 minute drive to the airport and an easy walk to great cafes. On a bus route to the city. Your hosts are in a separate apartment onsite and are happy to help with anything you need during your stay. Min stay 2 nights on weekends.

A large fully self contained studio in the heart of Seatoun. Minutes from Wellington Airport. Quiet, cosy accomodation with all amenities. Great sea views from the balcony. Small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, laundry facilities with its own private deck looking out to sea. Tea/coffee provided. Sky TV. Netflix. On street parking only but nice wide street. Easy flat access. Pets welcome but please check in with us first to make sure the place is suitable. A small Pet Fee is charged.

Close to shops and town with good, frequent bus connections. 15min drive to airport, ideal for early-bird flights. 30min drive to ferries.

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.
