This clean, modern space features country charm, peace and quiet, and gorgeous scenery. It's off the main road, but close enough to everything. 35 minutes west of the MSP airport. The space is the entire lower level. Private entrance, heated floors, and ice-cold AC. Two smart T.V's, one in the bedroom and the living room. Well-stocked kitchenette and nice refrigerator. Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, work, or just rest. A nice grill and campfire space are provided. Pets are welcome.

During winter months of snow, we allow our guests to use the garage to further enhance their stay while by remaining warm/dry If you want to use the golf hitting bay or basketball court. Welcome to your peaceful escape in Minnetonka, a nature-filled haven near the Twin Cities. This one-bedroom apartment offers direct access to the Lake Minnetonka LRT Regional Trail. We have bikes available for use! Relax in the spacious yard or the screened porch. This unique space is ideal for those seeking relaxation near nature while being close to urban convenience. Williston Fitness Center is located directly off the trail just a mile away and offers guest passes for purchase.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

For your enjoyment is a clean one bedroom apartment in my home. It has its own private entrance, reserved parking, a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaker tub and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom is a king sized bed and a smart TV connected to the internet for your use. The home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Within blocks of the house, there are restaurants, shops and several grocery stores.
