This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Soak up spectacular views of the beach, the promenade, and the swimming pool from this well-located apartment in the La Roca urbanisation, whether from the bedroom or with a cup of Nespresso on the patio. Light blue accents and iconic Spanish images are on show inside. Wake-up with the sunrise or take in the picturesque views of the sunset as you relax on the terrace in the Balinese sunbed and listen to the waves. You will love the bright and airy vibe provided via the sliding windows. The first thing you see when entering this apartment is the blue sea. It is amazing. You will stay in a south-West oriented corner apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter a spacious living room via the hallway with its fitted wardrobes, a safe and a small desk. Watch your favourite shows, sports and movies on the 50" Samsung smart HDTV from a comfortable sofa that you can convert into a large bed. Further, at the sliding windows, you can lounge with a book on the Balinese sunbed or watch what is going on on the paseo. Relax in the seating area while enjoying the view over the meditteranean sea while sipping a beverage. Easily prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and all the cookware and cutlery you need. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area. Very nice to have is the Grohe "pure" water tap that provides filtered water: no more lugging bottles around Luxuriate in the comfort of the master bedroom's king-size bed and the convenience of black-out curtains, shutters and ensuite with walk-in shower. Fall into a rejuvenating sleep on the soft matrasses with topper, special memory foam pillows, high-quality bed textiles, duvet and ironed sheets. You will keep cool with the airconditioning or the ceiling ventilator in the bedrooms. You will find the second bedroom with 2 single beds on the other side of the apartment. You can pull out 2 more single beds. You will have the same comfort as in the other bedroom bacause your sleep is important. There is free parking in front of and around the building. It is possible to host 4 adults and 4 children: please ask for it. For longer stays (as from 2 weeks) we leave 1 extra change of linnen and towels. A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Walk along the river Tejo nearby and settle in to one of its many cafes. The metro station (Baixa/Chiado) is just 800m away and you have the public elevators (50 m away from our apartment. Supermarket and Public Parking is just around the corner, so are many restaurants, cafes and sightseeing venues, nevertheless it is a little quiet street where our apartment is located. A perfect spot for a wonderful stay!

A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.

Estudio de 25m2 ubicado a 10 minutos caminando de la playa Sant Sebastià, 5 min del centro de SITGES, a 45 minutos de la ciudad de Barcelona por tren. Tiene una terraza semitechada de 30m2, decorada con un estilo bohemio y chic, ducha exterior y magníficas vistas al mar. Tiene microondas, nevera pequeña, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, placa cocina portátil y tostadora (no tiene lavadora). Casa Blanca esta ubicada en el ático del edificio. Acceso por ascensor que llega a la segunda planta y luego hay que subir las escaleras hasta el ático del edificio. SOLO SE ALQUILA A ADULTOS y no se ofrecen desayunos.
