This is a lock-out unit to Juniper 2B that can be rented separately. Internet installed but there are frequent outages. No smoking and no pets.

In addition, there is a shared screened area with observation deck on Silver Lake. Linens & towels are provided (but no beach/pool towels, so please pack and bring.) No smoking, no pets.
