Ivy Cottage is situated on The Award Winning Development of The Bay, Filey. It is beautifully presented and has two bedrooms, a Master Double and second bedroom having 2 single beds. The Dartmouth is a large, detached property which sleeps 8 people. The house overlooks meadows and has a seaview from the master bedroom. The property is very spacious, with an entrance hall and ample storage for shoes, coats, bags and all your beach equipment. There is a newly fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar that leads into a very spacious lounge/dining area. There is outdoor seating, patio and BBQ. There are three double and one twin bedrooms, one of which is situated on the ground floor.

Lavender Cottage is a well equipped modern cottage situated on an award winning holiday complex 'The Bay', located on the outskirts of Filey. The cottage has a south facing patio, which backs on to a communal garden space. The site has several on site facilities such as a public house, tennis court, archery, complementary access to swimming pool and gym, and has direct access to a pet friendly beach. There is no designated parking on the site but there is plenty located around the cottage.
