Our property is nestled in a small hamlet in the Lincolnshire countryside. The Lambing Shed forms part of our own home, but you will have your own separate entrance. The accommodation consists of a double room with an en-suite which has a walk-in shower, as well as a separate sitting room incorporating a fully-equipped kitchenette. You have your own patio with furniture and also access to a shared garden with more seating areas for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of this part of Lincolnshire.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

The Coach House

The Coach House is perfectly set in the delightful village of Lenton. As the name suggests the property was an old coach house dating back to the 1840’s. It has, however, been given the love and attention it deserves and made into a fantastic holiday retreat. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this detached property is simply stunning. The newly-reonvated cottage still retains its sense of history and is everything you would want from a luxury holiday cottage!
