La casa es una propiedad de 1930, completamente restaurada, respetando parte de los elementos antiguos, carpintería, viguería ... Tiene un precioso patio desde el que se puede ver una de las fortalezas que rodean la ciudad Esta situado en un barrio marinero, pescador y flamenco. Cerca de la playa de Cala Cortina y del puerto y a tan sólo un corto paseo hasta el casco histórico. La estación de autobús y de tren están también muy cercanas. Muy bien comunicado.
