Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

Situated in the hamlet of Loadbrook in the beautiful Peak District National Park (yet only 15 minutes from Sheffield city centre), Loadbrook Cottage is attached to a traditional 18th century Yorkshire farmhouse. Local attractions include Chatsworth house, Haddon hall, Bakewell, Sheffield Botanical gardens, Yorkshire sculpture park, Sheffield theatres, museums, all within a thirty minute drive.

The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.
