The home is located in a desirable central location, just minutes from downtown and blocks from both hospitals and the three colleges. Seating outside, firepit (bring your own firewood), swingset and sandbox for little ones. Also has your very own bar & TV. FYI. Property is by the rail road tracks.

We are on The Mighty Mississippi River. Your backyard. You can sit on your porch, shade deck, sun deck or walk out to the dock and enjoy your morning brew. In the evening you can sit out on the dock and view a beautiful sunset. Eagles are visitors to the area, as well as Great Blue Herons, river otters, muskrats, and varieties of ducks. This is truly a place for those who love to be on water. When the day is done come in to your home away from home. (Cleaning fees included.)
