We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, not a party place. Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

Larkin’s Cabin is newly renovated & one mile from beautiful Higgins Lake!! This cabin has all the comforts of home with no sparing on that northern Michigan feel. In summer, spend the days swimming, boating or fishing & the nights cozied up by the bon fire. Winter, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing with 11 miles of trails just a mile away. There's also plenty of space for entertaining inside & out with ample parking for boats & trailers.
