Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Dům má výhodnou pozici v centru Hluboké necelých 200 m od náměstí s výhledem na kostel a 700 m od zámku. Rádi bychom, aby se zde hosté cítili jako na návštěvě u dobrých známých, kde mohou mimo jiné využít pohodlí našeho čtecího koutku s knihovnou ve výklenku. Vítány jsou i rodiny s dětmi, které si mohou užít útulné spaní na vyvýšeném pódiu pod schody na místě bývalé pece.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.
