It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. Situé au croisement de la rue de la verrerie et de la rue du Renard, vous êtes au cœur des rues animées d'un des quartiers historiques de Paris, le Marais. L'appartement est toutefois calme, lumineux avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. 3 chambres confortables , toutes équipées de lits doubles, d'espaces de rangement et dispose chacune d'une salle d'eau (douche + lavabo). Le séjour est équipé d'un canapé, une table basse, un espace pour les repas. La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour est équipée.

Cet appartement d'architecte, grand de 100m carrés, entièrement rénové se situe en plein coeur du marais. Il vous apportera confort, et tranquillité. Disposant d'une petite cours intérieur pleine de charme, vous profiterez du calme de cet appartement tout en étant à deux pas, à pieds des principaux lieux et activités parisiennes. Un grand dressing est mis à disposition pour y déposer vos affaires. L'appartement, très lumineux compte 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un grand salon et le dressing.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!
