Farm Stay at Panther Branch with Sauna

Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.

Minutes away from max patch on the Appalachian trail and 30 mins from downtown Hotsprings. Relax listening to the beautiful sound of Meadowfork creek. Nestled feet away from the creek on what once was an 18 acre tobacco farm. Private bathhouse with shower/bathtub and toilet. Private fire pit, charcoal barbecue grill, picnic table, porch.

This is one of 3 identical apartments that are perched above the main street above a provisions shop/cafe and outfitters store. Walk to restaurants, brewery, natural hot springs spa, shops, river, and trails. Clean and comfortable and on the Appalachian Trail.

A three bedroom cabin great for a couple or family. The Appalachian Trail and National Forest can be accessed just 100 feet from the front door! The well-stocked kitchenette provides for all basic food preparation needs, and the town of Hot Springs is only a two minute drive away. Hurricane Helene update: We are fortunate that our property is higher up and did not flood. Thanks to the hard work of many people, all utilities have been restored at the cabin. Our town is in recovery.

Asheville is only a few minutes away and is home to some of the best restaurants you can find. Arts, crafts, shopping etc. are at your fingertips as well as tons of hiking trails.

Cabin Kisa

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin is a BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ safe space, partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel.

The "Otter Cabin" on Spring Creek

Private riverfront setting, yet a short stroll to The Appalachian Trail, downtown shops,, restaurants, brewery, and live music. The cozy Otter cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining area, king-sized bed in separate bedroom, and a large bathroom with walk-in tile shower and freestanding Japanese soaking tub. The round cabin design with wrap-around deck views put you in the heart of nature.

Stone cottage right in the heart of downtown Hot Springs. Walk right out the front door to the natural Hot Springs Spa, restaurants, shopping, and hiking! Spring Creek runs through the back yard - swim, fish, or just relax by the water & firepit. 2 Bed/2 Bath sleeps up to 7 - bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a king bed & twin bed, family room on main level has large sectional with pullout double bed.

Papa Bear's Lair ~ Mountain Top Views

This cozy cabin is a mountaintop retreat with beautiful views of local valleys and mountain ranges. It accommodates up to 4 guests. On our 10' x 40" deck, you can enjoy the sunrise with coffee in a rocking chair, relax in the afternoon, cookout in the evening, and gaze at the stars from the hot tub after a day of hiking on the many nearby trails, including the Appalachian Trail.
