Das nahe dem Zentrum gelegene Studio ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohnbereich und einen Schlafbereich, der mit einem Bett in den Maßen 1,50x2,00 m ausgestattet ist. In der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, TV und W-Lan sind vorhanden. Neben dem Haus bieten wir einen Garagenstellplatz an, welcher genutzt werden kann

Der Weiler "Hockmatta" befindet sich ca. 4km vom Dorfzentrum von Grengiols entfernt und ist nur im Sommer, dh. von Juni bis Oktober mit dem Fahrzeug über eine Forststrasse erreichbar. Das Wohnhaus wurde im Jahr 1766 erstellt, um ca. 1910 erweitert und 1938 wurde das Obergeschoss ergänzt. In den Jahren 2018-2020 haben wir mit unseren Kindern das Untergeschoss, das Erdgeschoss und die Umgebung des Wohnhauses, welches sich nun seit 4 Generationen in unserem Besitz befindet, komplett renoviert.
