Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.

We're about 25 minutes from Jekyll and St. Simons Islands~ But set on 5 acres of peaceful Oak Trees and wildflowers. The Farm's wide open common area makes it ideal for hosting groups, and the huge front, side, and back yards are perfect for lively kiddos. Whether you're planning a reunion, retreat, or just want to rest, this spot will treat you well! We've added a Smart TV for Movie night and a New gas grill to the outside deck! Enjoy!

Enjoy this 2 bedroom/2bath home in a quaint neighborhood nestled in historical St. Marys, Georgia. Screened back porch, ceiling fans, sitting and a dining table sits 6-8 people. Porch overlooks a great back yard, with a gas grill. IN 3 blocks you find the Howard Gilman waterfront Park. Transportation to Cumberland Island,hiking, tours, swimming & beachcombing, biking, camping, Kayaking, fishing, and other activities.

Eugenia's Guest House

This precious home is located in a sweet little neighborhood right in the center of the City of Baxley! It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, living room with fold down sofa, full kitchen and dining space, and covered patio area. We love this little home and hope you'll consider using it as a home away from home! It is just behind our house, so we are pretty readily available for any questions during your stay.
