A studio style space with private entrances. There’s a shared wall with main house renters & is under another space. Views of the intercostal waterway. Two mile drive to beach at Sunset Beach. This space has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A stand up shower in bathroom. There is cable TV, internet, and A/C. ATTENTION: Pier and yard are shared space if there are other renters. Use at your own risk! Boats maybe moored during use. DO NOT LEAVE BOATS OVERNIGHT!!!

Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals.
